I set up this blog (Oct 06) to record my training and thoughts in preparing for the 2007 WHW Race – a 95 mile ultra race from Milngavie to Fort William.
I have now run 52 ultras over the past 14 years including the whw 6 times and you can read all about them, watch my race videos and lots more by using the tabs at the top of the blog.

So long you had to split it into two parts – they are following your lead with the last Harry Potter film! Great video – glad there was only a few seconds of me speaking! Do you ever sleep?!
Excellent as always, however, I only had two half sandwiches and they were both very deCent. Unlike the deSCent into Kinlochleven (Mrs pacepusher, being a teacher, wanted me to point that out!?)>>Thanks for the copy of the videos on CD John. Much appreciated. Especially as I appear to star in this one quite a bit, although maybe not in the most flattering way!?!?
I like your videos, John.>>I also like the Proclaimers, but I’m starting to think that’s the only CD you own.
Great work. Not just after but during the run. You deserve an extra 15 minutes taken off your time for filming the documentary!
