Is anybody else going to be running along the WHW next week singing “ssslllllooooowwww aaannnddd ssstttteeeeaaaaddddyyyy” over and over again (hopefully) in their heads?

I don’t know about the singing but a friend of mine is taking his karate students on a relay of the Way on Saturday, doing approx. 6 miles each.A busy Way day.Enjoy it & all the best.Regards,Max.
