A nice and easy recovery run today. Legs felt fine after last night and I ran comfortably.

A quick message to all those of you who use Garmins …. did you know that you should update your Garmin so that it tracks the latest satelites and positions? I didn’t until today. Garmin have a programme called Webupdater that you need to download onto your computer and then it will automatically check that your Garmin has the latest versions.
