I set up this blog (Oct 06) to record my training and thoughts in preparing for the 2007 WHW Race – a 95 mile ultra race from Milngavie to Fort William.
I have now run 52 ultras over the past 14 years including the whw 6 times and you can read all about them, watch my race videos and lots more by using the tabs at the top of the blog.

Hey John,
Fantastic video. Brought back all the good times again. I really enjoyed it and just have to say thank you so much for all the pacing/time tips. Hope you didn’t get bored with my chat.
Thank you
Marco
PS The video seems to stick at about 12 minutes for me. I didn’t get to see the end. 😦
Thanks for sharing your photos, awesome trails, pity about the weather, we had glorious sunshine!
‘KEEP ON RUNNING’
And ‘AWESOME’ running!!!
It sticks on about 12 mins for me too, although it kept playing the music… where did you find all those great tunes John?!!!?!?
