Run home

I decided to run home from work today. My foot had been feeling a bit better all day but I was still surprised when I started running that it didn’t hurt too much. There is still a pain but it is nowhere near as bad as earlier in the week.

What has helped? I ran on grass yesterday so maybe that helped a bit but I’ve also been rolling my foot over this ….
Again not sure if it has helped but maybe it has broken down some scar tissue. So I’m going to keep rolling and hope it is helping. Sorry about the shape of my foot. The bunion I have on my foot is not pretty (according to Katrina!!). I suppose one day it will need removing.
So the 6mile run home was a lot more enjoyable than other runs this week and my average pace of 7.30 reflected this. I’ll be running back into work tomorrow morning so we’ll see how it feels then!
