Anyone fancy a Ceilidh?

Davie recommended an easy run today after last night’s massage and since it’s his birthday today I thought I should do as I’m told. BTW Happy Birthday Davie.

For those who don’t know the Pope is visiting Bellahouston Park next Thursday and already parts of the park are closed off as they prepare for the 200,000 or so expected people. So I had to alter my run and go around the perimeter of the Park which meant running on the pathway for about half the circuit I did.
My foot was feeling a lot easier which was good news. Just need to nurse it along for another week or two and then I can rest it properly and wait for my new insoles which I’m getting measured for tomorrow.
Wondering what the title is about?
Hollie, our youngest daughter, is having a fundraising Ceilidh this Saturday 11th September at Hopehall Evangelical Church, Alice Street, Paisley, PA2 6DR. It starts at 7.30pm and costs £5.
You will be very welcome if you’d like to come and support her. Hollie is going on a gap year programme with SIM (Serving in Mission) which involves two months training from 11th October at the UK headquarters nr Ipswich and then a 6 month placement overseas (probably Africa) from January 2011.
3.18miles in 24mins 49secs (7.49pace)
