Today Dave and I had our fourth and final recce run on the Lakeland 100 course. Katrina joined us for the final 8miles as we passed Keswick.
We ran exactly 30.00 miles and no I didn’t run an extra bit to make it up the distance! Full report tomorrow but Dave has already written his and I’ve posted some photos on Flickr.
