It was so much milder than last week. I didn’t wear any gloves and regretted having my base layer on. Just one layer would have been enough.
The session tonight was some longer reps so it was going to be a lot harder to reach 5miles.
It was 6mins (1min recovery), 5mins (1min), 4mins (2mins), 5mins (2mins), 4mins (90secs), 3mins (1min), 2mins (1min), 1min.
It was a bit harder keeping everyone together as we spread out a bit more on the longer reps and particularly as the recoveries were shorter as well.
I was running on my own on the way out but joined up with David Mac and John McM on the way in.
So another good solid session.
