Club Fartlek Session

Last night was another good session with the club. We opted for 6 times 5min with a 2 min recovery. Then David added a 1min and 2 x 30sec at the end to replicate the finish of a race.

I was pretty consistent throughout the session and happy with my effort …..

The first three 5min efforts are on the way out on the cycle track and then the second three on the way back. I do try and run back a bit quicker. It does help that it is slightly downhill on the way back and normally the wind is behind us!
