There were 5 of us last night for our club Fartlek session including our friend Tracey who wanted to come along to see what it is like.
We decided amongst us to do a pyramid session of 1min (1min- recovery), 2min (1min), 3min (90secs), 4min (2min), 5min (2min), 5min (2min), 4min (2min), 3min (90sec), 2min (1min), 1min.
I quite like this one as each run is slightly different and the block of 4, 5, 5, 4 in the middle is a good test of fitness.
I was happy with my effort and stats.
Tracey seemed to enjoy it though it did hurt she said!!
