My recovery week is going well after last Saturday’s Brecon Beacons 10 peaks race. I’ve had an easy run on Wednesday and Friday feeling really good.

This morning our daughter Laura wanted to run the Linwood parkrun so I volunteered to look after Micah so that Laura and Katrina could both run. My Mum is up from Liverpool for the weekend so she joined me!
