I set up this blog (Oct 06) to record my training and thoughts in preparing for the 2007 WHW Race – a 95 mile ultra race from Milngavie to Fort William.
I have now run 52 ultras over the past 14 years including the whw 6 times and you can read all about them, watch my race videos and lots more by using the tabs at the top of the blog.

Awesome video John, brings it all flooding back. Where did you get the finish line photos from? They don’t seem to have put them up on facebook yet
Thanks Pete. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Regarding the photos I contacted the race and they kindly sent me the photos of my finish so I could include them in my video.
Great video of the event “felt a bit tired the last 30 minutes” of 3 days running!!!!!! phenomenal effort. love a review of the shoes!
Thanks Gary. Being tired is all relative! but I did feel good throughout the 3 days and was really happy with the way I paced each day finishing strong.
Thanks John, very insightful
