I set up this blog (Oct 06) to record my training and thoughts in preparing for the 2007 WHW Race - a 95 mile ultra race from Milngavie to Fort William.
I have now run 51 ultras over the past thirteen years including the whw 6 times and you can read all about them, watch my race videos and lots more by using the tabs at the top of the blog.

Fantastic video. Loved the pitstop action 🙂 Great to see your finish. Are you sure you were happy though?
Brilliant video John and reminded me of all the people I missed out in mine. 😦
You had a great run. I am in awe at all the people that can run it so soon after the WHW and never mind that can also manage a PB too. Well done.
Now on to the next one. 🙂

Nice to see Ian's smile posted on video for posterity!
I must claim copyright though! It might be worth money some day.
Great video John - and for the 1st time I feature as a runner!
I hope you won't mind but I will send the link on to a few friends & family.

I am a very keen runner - furthest distance being a marathon, also done Ben Lomond. I am very interested in your blog as we have bought a business in Tyndrum and I am sure we would be host to a few runners either finishing in Tynrdum or starting there. I would love to do either of those runs and would most certainly set a goal for next year. All the best for this years Highland Fling and hopefully I will see you at the finish. Kirsty
