My latest short video in my LOVEultras series is about support and it was motivated by supporting Andy Norman and Sarah E Norman on the Hardmoors 200 this past weekend and their support for me last year on the Hardmoors 160.
Both occasions called for the support to make key decisions for their runners with different results.
