For my latest LOVEultras vblogs I have given an update on my tendon injury. Thanks to Matt Williamson for allowing me to video parts of our session!

Also there is a short clip at the end of Neal Gibson being presented with his prize for winning my latest ‘Guess My Time’ competition.
