March has been my biggest month for almost a year. I ran a total of 206.71 miles and it felt good! The key weekends were the Hardmoors 55 (reduced to 43 miles!) with Katrina and then two weekends later my second Northern Traverse Recce weekend.

A summary of my runs in 2018 …
In April the key weekend is going to be my final Northern Traverse Recce weekend when I plan to run the final 35 miles on the Saturday and then around 20 on the Sunday. I will then have covered the vast majority of the 190 mile route.
After that weekend I will have 1 easy week, 1 medium/hard week and then a 2 week taper when I will run every other day until the race which starts on Saturday 12th May 2018.
