My latest vBlog covers my 3rd and final recce weekend on the Northern Traverse route. On Saturday I ran from the Lion Inn to Robin Hood’s Bay (30 miles) with James & Steven and then on Sunday I ran from Osmotherley to Danby Wiske and back (24 miles).
