May was dominated by the Cateran trail race but I was pleased to see that I still managed to run 207.16 miles for the month. Often when I have a race the overall mileage drops as I have taper and recovery weeks.
Even though the Cateran was a key race I had more than half an eye on the big race of the year, the Lakeland 100, so I was keen to be able to get some quality weeks of training in over the next three weeks.
